Enter by completing the entry form for this sweepstakes online at www.ThePerfectPairOnline.com. Only one entry per person per drawing. Multiple or mechanically reproduced entries are ineligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or otherwise deficient entry forms nor for transactions that are lost or fail to enter the processing system, are processed, reported, or transmitted late, or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper, or any other malfunction including human error. All such entries will be disqualified. The prizes for The Perfect Pair Wedding Gown Preservation Sweepstakes (1) prize per month. Monthly Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received through 11:59pm ET of the last day of the month for which the Monthly Prize relates. For example, the January 2005 prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the period January 1 - January 31, 2005, and so on. Entrants will submit their entry only once to be eligible for the month's prize drawing. A Monthly Prize winner will not be eligible to win subsequent Monthly Prizes. The drawing for Monthly Prize winners will be held on or about the 21st day of the month following the month for which the Monthly Prize relates. All drawings will be held at The Perfect Pair's facility located in Brooklyn, New York. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the relevant time periods. All matters relating to the administration of this sweepstakes and the award of prizes are determined at the sole discretion of The Perfect Pair whose decisions in all matters are final. Potential winners will be notified by telephone, mail or electronic mail on or about fifteen (15) days after the potential winners' names are drawn. Potential winners must return affidavits to verify their status as actual winners and claim their prize within the time period designated or a new winner shall be chosen.

ELIGIBILITY
Entry is limited to engaged individuals who plan to be married between December 1, 2005 and December 31, 2016 and who are residents of the U.S. and at least 18 years of age or older. This sweepstakes is not open to employees of The Perfect Pair, Inc. ("The Perfect Pair"), The Wedding Gown Preservation Co. or their respective families or employees of any company affiliated with The Perfect Pair and/or The Wedding Gown Preservation Co..

The Monthly Prize – for The Perfect Pair Sweepstakes is a Wedding Gown Preservation Kit (valued at $165.00)

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Award of prizes is subject to verification of selected entrant as an eligible winner. Upon verification, prizes will be awarded to the individual identified as the entrant in the winning entry form. However, The Perfect Pair may require proof of marriage or intended marriage as a prerequisite to awarding a prize. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual submitting an entry, The Perfect Pair may deem online entries to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Selected entrants may be requested to provide The Perfect Pair with proof that the selected entrant is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Entry constitutes permission to use the winners' names, likenesses, and/or biographical data by The Perfect Pair and their authorized agents without further compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law. Potential winners shall be required to execute, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and selection of alternate winners. Entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and will abide by all official rules. The Perfect Pair reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable. This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Prize winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes. Prize winners are solely responsible for their actions and agree to release and hold The Perfect Pair and/or The Wedding Gown Preservation Co., their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, parent, and affiliate companies (their officers, directors, employees, agents) harmless from any liability arising in connection with their prize. The Perfect Pair, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify this sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond its control compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes. The Perfect Pair reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the entry process in any manner. Submitted materials become the sole property of The Perfect Pair and will not be returned. In the event that a dispute arises regarding this sweepstakes, entrants agree that such disputes will be resolved under the laws and in the courts of New York.
