At The Perfect Pair, we approach your wedding planning process as a joint effort between the planner and the couple by getting to know you and asking insightful questions to determine your perfect day. We want to fully understand your style, themes, likes, dislikes, and passions you may want to include on your special day. Only then we begin to help you create a "vision" for your wedding. Throughout the planning process, we introduce creative ideas, leverage our network of resources and vendors, and manage the day-to-day details in order to make your wedding vision become a reality. The end result is a stress-free wedding that not only represents who you are as a couple but also exceeds the expectations and standards you had at the start of the planning process.

When you hire TPP from the beginning, we introduce you to the most talented vendors and then negotiate the best price and contract terms. TPP clients almost always receive more services for less money than couples working on their own behalf. This should be expected since TPP professionals negotiate vendor contracts for a living. With our intimate understanding of the market of wedding vendors and our strong buying power, we can negotiate contracts that individual couples cannot. We offer three types of service packages: 1) The Perfect Package (for the bride that needs everything from beginning to end), 2) The Partial Package (for the bride contracted most vendors but not all and who needs da of coordination), 3) The Pressure Package (for the bride that did it all but needs day of coordination)

The Perfect Pair Planning Services, How we do it...
Assembling the perfect team of service providers is paramount to the success of your wedding. We at TPP believe that vendor selection is the most important, yet underrated, step in the planning process. Once we first help you define your wedding vision, we then use TPP's resources and wealth of experience to help you identify the right vendors that match your personality, style and budget.

On average, we have saved our clients between 10-30% on the cost of hiring their vendors. This does not include the time saved by eliminating the need to run all over town interviewing inappropriate vendors. TPP will short-list the right vendors for you to consider. This service also eliminates stress by ensuring that the vendors you are considering are reliable, talented and fair-minded. Partnering with TPP, you will secure the right vendors at the right price.
